Then these workers go home, either they drive cars or commute, set up dinner, do chores, and plop themselves down in front of the TV because they\u2019re tired from the day.<\/p>\n

This sedentary lifestyle weakens our entire system. We need to force ourselves to engage in more active activities.<\/p>\n

You no longer need to be confined to just going to the gym. These days so many other fitness classes are springing up!<\/p>\n

Choose the one that\u2019s right for you. One that you can excitedly go to instead of dread.<\/p>\n

Television is a cop out from actually experiencing things for yourself. Just because you watched a man jump off a plane and listen to him explain what it feels like doesn\u2019t mean you\u2019ve lived through the same thing.<\/p>\n

Go out and actually do the stuff you fancy watching! You like cooking shows, enroll in a class. You like watching wrestling, watch it live.<\/p>\n
