The Enemies You Want to Make<\/h2>\n

Life rarely coddles you. What it does most of the time is test you.<\/p>\n

It tests your character with every break up, every disappointment, every challenge that finds its way to you.<\/p>\n

How you respond to these situations determine your readiness for the next level.<\/p>\n

The next level is not necessarily different from the last one.<\/p>\n

It comes with the same package, the same possibilities as the last one–breakups, losses, disappointments, challenges, etc.<\/p>\n

The only thing different is you.<\/p>\n

With every level, you\u2019ll find that you\u2019re a better version of yourself. You\u2019ll find that you\u2019re stronger, wiser, better equipped to handle the life you have.<\/h1>\n

You would\u2019ve made friends with your shortcomings and imperfections. But along with your new friends in life come enemies.<\/p>\n

But not all enemies are bad. Make sure you fight these three with all your might:<\/p>\n

Laziness<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You can\u2019t blame yourself for feeling lazy sometimes. It\u2019s just a human weakness after all.<\/p>\n

But when it comes between you and moving forward with something, that\u2019s when it becomes hazardous.<\/p>\n

This is where the right life balance takes front and center.<\/p>\n

If you know how to pace yourself, to know where you set your boundaries, then you limit the chances of you feeling overspent.<\/p>\n

Taking some time to recuperate from hard work is good for you. Just make sure you don\u2019t spend more time \u2018recuperating\u2019 than actually working.<\/p>\n

Regret<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Missed opportunities are hard to forget or get over.<\/p>\n

When we\u2019re faced with decisions, especially ones that are life-altering, sometimes it gets scary and uncertain and causes us to take the safer route.<\/p>\n

In all aspects of our life, we are sometimes put in a position to take leaps of faith.<\/p>\n

We are put in situations that we have no complete comprehension of, but require us to trust in ourselves and a bigger plan.<\/p>\n

That trip you didn\u2019t take, that blind date you didn\u2019t go to, that course you didn\u2019t think your parents would approve of, etc.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re always scared to take chances, you will end up with more regret.<\/p>\n

Resentment<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Similarly, when you do make decisions, and they didn\u2019t turn out the way you imagined, resentment takes over.<\/p>\n

Dissatisfaction in all sorts of things is dangerous. It could lead you towards negativity permanently.<\/p>\n

When bad things happen as a result of your decisions, or actually of anyone, you need to pull yourself together and try to focus on being positive.<\/p>\n

If your partner breaks up with you, instead of resenting them for wasting your time all those years, think about the years they spared by leaving now.<\/p>\n

If your job lets you go, instead of being bitter about it, think about the opportunity to pursue something else that you can do.<\/p>\n

There are ways to shun resentment, so choose that.<\/p>\n
