4 Ways You Can Teach Your Children about the Law of Attraction
The Law of Attraction teaches you so many things about life—like how to think positively, how to manifest your dreams, how to block out the bad vibes, and how to handle situations that come your way.
Don’t you think it would be beneficial to your kids if they had learned the secrets early on?
Think about how much it could help them to learn that they have the power to harness the positive things in the universe and target their happiness.
Think about how the Law of Attraction can help them build a life that’s more purposeful, more in tune with what their hearts desire.
Here are some ways you can introduce them to the principles of the Law of Attraction.
Gratefulness above “Great-fulness”
Teach your kids that being grateful for the things they have, for the people that surround them and love them, are one of the most important things in life. Grateful people have the ability to see more opportunities around them because they are not busy focusing on the things that are lacking in their life.
Being able to see the good in everything will help send them more positive thoughts, and in turn, will help them manifest only the best things in life.
Anything is Possible
Kids are naturally more aggressive than adults.
They have more of a go-getter attitude and their curiosity is still on a high. They aren’t afraid to fail yet or to discover what’s difficult or challenging.
Now is the best time to tell them that anything is possible!
You need to lay the groundwork for them to manifest what they want later on. When we say anything is possible, it doesn’t mean that these things will come without any work on their end.
It just means that they have limitless potential and it’s imperative that you make them believe that.
Positivity is Key
Being positive doesn’t mean you just see the positive all the time. That can be quite unrealistic.
Life isn’t always happy, but knowing how to find the good in every situation, no matter how bad it could be, is a life skill you should teach your kids.
For example, ask them to think of a sad scenario, let’s say it makes them sad that you’re leaving for work and they won’t get to be with you until the afternoon.
Tell them that instead of being sad about you leaving, they should be excited about your return and they have all day to think about the fun activities they want to do with you.
Help kids see a different perspective on situations so they can apply this skill in different areas of their life.
Embrace Yourself
A lot of parents teach their kids to just ‘be you’, but the moment their children turn out to be something opposite of what they had envisioned for them, their advice goes out the door.
Encourage your children to really be free to like themselves. Likewise, parents need to be open about who their kids are.
Be welcoming. Remember that it is your approval that is crucial to them at first.
The moment they see it’s ok with you to be who they are, the more comfortable they’ll be showing it to others.
When people are comfortable in their own skin, and they know they belong to a community or an environment that accepts them, it will be easier for them to keep a positive outlook on society and to not be fearful about going out there and pursuing what they want in life.
Being able to be themselves will boost their self-esteem and in turn, will help them attract good vibes and manifest their desires.
